For my research I use a combination of brain waves, brain scans, and other technologies, such as transcranial magnetic stimulation. This page contains my research, but I am not a medical doctor, and so, I cannot prescribe these products or make claims about their efficacy. If you need further help, please ask in the comments. OLD: Brain wave activity associated with stress or anxiety. This is often associated with depression, but it can also be a useful tool for enhancing memory, concentration and focus. As a result, it has been suggested that this form of brain power may be important in enhancing memory and other brain functions, and has been the subject of a lot of study.
LOW: Brain waves associated with sleep and stress. It is known that a lot of sleep deprivation occurs, but it doesn't seem to be associated with any brain changes or any positive benefits.
NEW: Theta brain waves, which occur during deep sleep. This brain wave is also believed to be the main way that we communicate, and may play a role in helping us to remember things.
