Here is what I think is the best protein bar available to meet the protein needs of a young person (18 years and above) that looks to be following a Paleo diet. The first reason why I choose these bars is because I think they are great for young people to start on a Paleo diet and will serve them well for the rest of their lives. You can even make your own bars if you have an electric mixer. The instructions include how much protein you want in the bar and where you can buy protein powders.
This is the first time I made a protein bar. I added a bit more water than the recipe says to make them more moist. It was pretty easy to make a delicious, satisfying and easy to digest protein bar. The bars are perfect for when I want protein in a bar, such as when I am on a diet, or when I just want a quick snack! I used peanut butter in my protein bar so it is very tasty.
