The supplement that I am reviewing today is: Vitamin K, Vitamin C and Potassium. I am reviewing them in a particular order, in order to learn whether they are safe to take, and which one is safest for you.
I am looking at many supplements. Many people think they are doing their body good by taking a supplement, but actually they are doing it to prevent disease and death. The people I look at, who are trying to do that, will take a supplement that is low in vitamin K.
Here is the problem with vitamin K: vitamin K is very expensive. You can't buy it in the supermarket. If you go to a vitamin store, you will get a little packet of vitamin K with some names on it that you will know right away. Most vitamin K supplements are only in the form of a liquid. Some people say to avoid taking them because they will be bitter, but they aren't true. In my experience, I had no problems with vitamin K when I first started taking vitamin K because they were sweet flavored. But when I began taking vitamin K, I was a little worried because the taste made me want to vomit.
